Fast rising Nigerian act CtrlT, has released his much awaited single titled On Me. The American based Nigerian act begins his year musically on a high with a jaw-dropping and all round appealing song for listeners. This is a follow up to Rewind, a track he released in 2021.
It has been a long time since CtrlT released a track to the public, and the wait for new music by fans was amazing to see. Well, the wait is over now, and it’s worth it. On Me is the perfect fusion of Pop and R&B. The laid back and slowly increasing tempo is met by excellent lyricism and songwriting by CtrlT; and as always CtrlT used his marvellous voice at some point. The track talks about two people in a relationship wanting each other everytime. CtrlT is able to present his ideas well and it is easily relatable.
On Me has an R&B vibe which makes it fit perfectly into all kind of mood. It is an interesting song and arguably one of the best we have heard from CtrlT.
